We picked up our U-Haul, And when we got to our location we realized that there was a lock on the back of the U-Haul. We called customer service and the lady that we rented it from nobody could give us a code for the lock. We had to wait 6 hours for a tow truck to come and cut the lock off. It was a horrible experience and I will not be using U-Haul again. I was told I was going to get refunded and still haven't received a refund.
