It is a neighborhood pick up location. Fortunately I have the experience with hooking up trailers because they couldn't and wouldn't do the safety checks. We had several other admin issues but they worked hard to get everything remedied.

Staff is lacking knowledge on uhaul transactions. My receipt is still reflecting the Safe Move charges which I declined online AND in person when they had to redo my transaction. Please refund my card the $30 charge!
