An attachment to the key gave instructions about taking picture of license, etc. By the time I saw that, it was too late to send it to the system. I was also not clear on whether I needed to put my contract paperwork in key box. Small things.

Wendell CWhen I picked up the uHaul, it had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas- it said "71 miles to empty." So I find it frustrating that I drove it a total of 41 miles and I'm charged for more gas than I utilized. Had I picked up the Uhaul with a full tank, I would have returned it with a full tank. But there's no reason for me to pay for gas when I'm given a vehicle that already needs gas. So I was disappointed in that.
