Seth made it easy to set up our reservation even though it wasn't during their office hours that we wanted to pick-up. He explained how the app process would work. During pick up the app wasn't working, which on moving day is a little stressful. But the staff at both the Arizona call center and the local scheduler we were connected with were super helpful.
Timothy WThe original location i was supposed to pick up uhaul when I showed up it did not have my truck so they had to switch me to this location. People on phone were very helpful but uhaul as a company needs better control of there trucks. How do you show that a specific truck is available at a location but after showing up it's not there and nobody knows why?

Melody CI had trouble with uploading pictures. I had to try for over an hour to get it to accept the photo of my driver's license. I was on a time constraint and it was very frustrating. Also, when I returned the Uhaul it wouldn't download the pictures required.
