This rental location was about 22 miles from our chosen location, which added extra drive time and gas. When we picked up the truck, it was at barely 1/4 of a tank so we had to get gas immediately. I was able to pick the truck up earlier than they open, using the mobile key link, so I was very grateful for that. Didn’t speak with anyone since they weren’t open yet. Took the pictures that were requested before leaving, but the app wouldn’t upload them. They are on my phone.

Don’t send me 4 emails telling me I have a guaranteed pickup 3 minutes from my house, then change that the day before and I have to drive 30 minutes to pick it up! And I got the fuel back to where it was before but you charge me for 3 gallons? You suck U-Haul
