The app does not work when you are trying to take pictures of the vehicle. It shows a black screen with a red outline of where you are supposed to put the vehicle in the viewfinder. But you can't see anything. It's just black and everything is frozen. If there were not people on-site there, I wouldn't have been able to pick up the vehicle as planned if I was doing it using the app. Serious app issues with my Samsung Galaxy A36 android, mozilla firefox browswer. It's possible that there may have been only one bar of cell phone connection... the uhaul location is down the side of a hill not in a big city. This could be a very, very serious issue for someone picking up a vehicle that they need at that exact time if they're using the app and there are no people there in person to help them.
