People were friendly and very helpful. I arrived 30 minutes early and the equipment was ready to go and the details were well presented. Really can't ask much more than that. Was a good experience.

Bryan C.Truck was dropped off after hours, so we just parked the truck. My only complaint is not being able to drop off on the U-Haul web site on my laptop. My cell phone battery was dead at the time of drop off. I won't be back in town to the drop go to the drop off location to finish the drop off on my cell phone once it is charged.
