Located in an extremely busy combination gas station that also serves hot lunches and other sorts of food items and beverages, it was not IMHO, an ideal location. Overwhelmed staff were more focused on taking care of numerous gas and food customers than some guy returning a U-Haul truck. Admittedly, it was lunch time, but still…not ideal. Return your U-Haul rental to a location in Bentonville…it’s only 15 minutes down the road.

Actually this location was fine. The interior of the truck could have used a cleaning prior to me picking it up but all in all it was fine. The reason for the poor rating is this was not my original pick up location. The original pick up was supposed to have been Snapbox Self Storage at 804 SE J Street in Bentonville. Despite having a reservation for a pick up time, when I showed up there was no one there. The truck was there, just no one to give me the keys.

Marian BMy truck return was handled quickly without issue. They have limited space at this location, so trailer and/or truck selection may be small. Otherwise, it's fine.
GREG BLocated with a gas station so that was convenient. Employee came to me, took keys and emailed the receipt. Couldn't be easier!
