The truck wasnt clean at pick up no one was there to relay the information too. I ordered a dolly there wasnt one in the truck. The truck needs an alignment, for a 8 hour trip it took me 12 hours bc the truck kept shifting to the left and I wasn’t able to drive over 65, it was a very scrary experience and I’m still shooting up I was unable to drive my personal vehicle because I am afraid the vehicle will shake and shift, had flashbacks when I was driving to the store today

MICHAEL ATrying to charge me 200 bucks for a tow ticket cuz they don’t have any space available in that small ass parking lot … I did the best I could do …. Took pictures to prove what I’m saying to contacted u haul before i left and was told it was ok to park it …. Fuck gas boys
CORINTHEUS SThe truck was dirty inside and out When pickup up the truck the man was rude and unprofessional he approached me at the truck as if I was stealing the truck when I was taking pictures for the app. The brakes make a loud noise. I always use this location bc it is convenient but after this experience ima going to use another location
IVORIE BThe moving blankets were not in the van at this location. I had to go to another Uhaul to get them.
