During the return process, I was asked if the truck was clean enough for the next customer. At first I checked the box that said “no” because the cab smelled so bad as was the condition when I picked it up. However, then I noticed that U-Haul was going to charge me $25 for cleanliness so I went back and clicked yes. It was bad enough that I had to put up with the awful smell, but having U-Haul charge me would have been worse

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT LOCATION.
CECIL LCheck in on the app was terrible. It did not work, fortunately the employee inside was able to check us in to get the truck. If it was after hours we would have been in trouble.
