The 26 foot truck we rented for 2 days ended up being 3 1/2 days. The truck ended up leaking from the roof in a bad rain storm. It wet so many of our boxes, furniture and bedding. We had to make so many trips and dry out our things. I called the place where we rented the truck and spoke with the agent. She was wonderful. She took such good care of us. I am so Thankful for this rental site. They made a bad experience turn into a wonderful experience. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a uhaul for your moving services.
NANCY BHad to pick up on a day they were closed spent over an hr dealing with the stupid uhaul app customer service was completely useless was passed back and forth to multiple agents that were not helpful could not provide the information the app need to get the key. Was a good experience as long as the place is open. I will never rent a uhaul from a closed location again
