All was fine. The app told me I needed to take pics of the van but errored when I took a picture. Other than that, everything was fine.

Make sure you have everything the customer requested. If not, let them know ahead of time. We reserved an appliance dollie (dolly) and we didn't receive it. That makes a big difference when moving a refrigerator, freezer, washer and dryer.
