I ordered several weeks in advance to pick up the vehicle transporter from a location convenient to me (5 minutes away). I was called 1 day before my pickup and told I had to pick up the transporter from a location 45 minutes away (Belleville in lieu of East Alton). So, I had to go out of my way 1:30 just to pick up my order. This type of service from U-Haul is unacceptable. I should be compensated for my mileage and time...it's not U-Haul, it's more like I-Haul!
