Erika WWhen returning I found the spots full. I followed a sign that said "return equipment here" with an arrow pointing into the yard. I saw other U-Hauls and parked next to them, followed the app procedures and returned the key. After returning the key I found a sign with small writing telling me not to put the truck beyond the gate, or I may be charged extra. At that time I already gave up the key. Fortunately I was not charged extra. Just a note for the operators because I missed the sign by the key drop and then spotted the return equipment sign with large bold letters. Not sure if others will have that mix up, could just be me. Thanks for a great rental truck!
