BART JEquipment was dirty and greasy inside and smelled like gasoline inside the trailer nor was it swept out. It had dirt and cardboard stuck in the rails. Outside looked like this trailer had has a hard life. Latch on door had been replaced and the rivet was not flush making it very to open and lock/unlock.
