Gate latch was difficult to latch and unlatch; I believe this was due to the door having a tweak. The inside of trailer was clean but the outside was slightly dirty.Gary R.
Make sure equipment is available as scheduled and if not make up for it; ESPECIALLY when a person has to go 14 miles out of their way to grab the available Uhaul.Tawny W.
The equipment was clean and all of the damage was labeled as claimed. Problem being that the U-Haul had poor alignment and "dog walked" being that the back of the truck was shifted to the driver's side. This made it so the side view mirror on the driver's side was obstructed by the back of the truck. Definitely needs to be repaired or replaced.Shyan B.

The maps address location of this site is wrong. It has it on the other side of highway 75. That has to get fixed somehow.Mark S.
I think the woman on the phone, when I ordered the U-Haul did not understand the questionâ€¦ I asked what time we would have to return it and she said anytime of day is fine. When we returned it 20 minutes later than the pick up time we were charged an additional day. That was not what was communicated to us originally. If we would've known that, we would've picked it up later in the day so that returning it could be done in the proper amount of time. Otherwise OkEUGENE S.

We rented a uhaul in Nebraska city 2 weeks before our move in date. A day before we called to verify our rental and they Informed us they didn't have a 10 foot, and we would have to go to Syracuse. We drive the extra 20 miles and then no one was at the uhaul shop we tried to call them no answer. We then contacted customer support who also could not reach the Syracuse uhaul. They then said we would have to drive all the way to Bellevue an extra 40 miles to get out uhaul. We had to go through three different locations to get a uhaul and spend a lot of extra money and time we didn't need to. After we finally got the uhaul we needed everything went smoothly. I wouldn't recommend getting a uhaul to anyone ever.Sarah S.

The employees don't service the uhaul people if there's customers in the gas station. It took my 30-45 minutes just to get the keys to my uhaul and same to check it back in. They will even interrupt your check in/out if there's a gas station customer and make you wait again. Example: I was mid check in and the lady walked away from me and helped a gas station customer instead and told me that the gas station customers come first.Bailiegh R.

Service was good, place could have used a sign and directions to the place are so hard neither my Garmin or my Google maps could find it. In fact, my Garmin said it did not exist. Google first sent me on the freeway with no access off the freeway to get to it. Once I was on the other side, it did work.Donald H.

Nothing to do with location but with the website itself. I had to go on line even though I was in the store, and when I did I had to go through numerous options that were automatically charged if I didn't decline in attempt to make money. I specifically remember not taking any insurance AND double checked before I moved to another screen and it STILL charged me for coverage. No integrity there.Kevin H.

the pick up location IS NOT THE ONE I CHOSE! Nor is it the one I made the reservation for. U HAUL changes this frequently! They ALSO CHANGED THE EQUIPMENT I HAD RESERVED! I had reserved a 5' x 8' trailer over a week in advance. I was given a 4'x8' trailer instead. The 4x8 was nearly useless! Not tall enough to use a 2 wheel cart for loading. THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WENT DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CHECK OUT PROCEDURE. THIS HAPPENS FREQUENTLY! The pick up and drop off locations are fine but, U-HAUL AS A COMPANY IS A JOKE! IF YOU CAN FIND AN ALTERNATIVE - USE IT!Robert K.

In trying to rent the auto transport, had to wait and asked to step aside as the gas stations customers were more important than someone who was their waiting originally. Only 1 attendent working. Then had to wait another half an hour for her to be able to come out to allow me to connect to trailer. They didn't do a light or trailer check,, just trusted me to hook it up properly. I didn't realize until night time that there was a running light missing. In trying to return trailer, app would not allow me to upload the photo of the drop off location forcing me to pay a late fee. Just a poor way of doing business.JOSHUA B.

Paid 200 towards my rental to reserve it. Received my final bill and it says we owe $89.92 which is fine. JRC express has tried 4 tomes to take $179.85 out of my account and they are not authorized to do so. The truck was in horrible shape. We paid for an appliance dolly and it was freaking broken. The brakes were so bad I had to slam on them just to stop. I highly recommend you DO NOT rent a uhaul from JRC, just stick to an authorized UHaul center.Cheyenne L.

Had to change the dates of my reservation 24 hours before my original date. This caused a change in location to get the truck. I was not told of this location change when on the phone with the UHaul rep. Also, new location only had half thr blankets I needed.Charles D.

The person working at the gas station was very kind and helpful. You could tell the trailer hadn't been moved in awhile. Would have appreciated knowing the tires were good, etc. Also, no trailer jack. How is a person supposed to lift the trailer?Carrie G.

The U-Haul Central office and this outlet need to get their information together. I contracted a truck from the Auburn Nebraska dealer on Friday the 19th of February. On Monday the 22nd I received a text telling me the Auburn Dealer was no longer there and I Would need to pick up the truck in Bellevue Nebraska. They assured me I would not be charged Mileage from Bellevue to Auburn because I had rented a truck in Auburn to begin with.. Then I received a text on 24th that the U-Haul Dealer there did not have a truck and I would need to go to JRC in Bellevue for the truck but I would not need to pay mileage from there to Auburn. I went to pick up the truck and was told that the price was not $ 71.90 but $214.00 ???? I tried to explain the problem but could not get them to understand .. I did get the truck, what choice did I have, was told when I returned the truck I would be charged all the miles on the truck..I Picked up the truck at 4:00 pm on Friday and returned it around 1:30pm on Saturday. I was still charged $119.79 for mileage. It is 60 miles to Auburn from the Dealer.. After all this would you recommend renting a U-Haul to anyone???MERRILL D.

The trailer was froze to the ground, there was no one to help hook up, no instructors were given, and the trailer had a flat tire. I had to call UHaul for service to change the tire before I headed out on my trip. No customer service at the pick up whatever.Jimmie R.

Person who helped me seemed unfamiliar with the order process, so checkout took a while. And when I turned truck back in (I did a late dropoff rather than rive back the next morning) the website was unable to verify I was at the location (Even though my location sharing was on) and then the next morning when I called to verify charges the person I spoke with again seemed confused and was unable to verify additional charges instead directing m to just check my e-mail. I did see a new charge hit my CC but as of yet I still have not received any receipt or e-mail of any kind (This survey is the first e-mail I have seen)MICHAEL M.
