Got charged two day rental because of location, didn’t even have 24. Hours wish u hual would change guidelines on charging a whole day for no reason because of that drop location

CRAIG KI do not understand why this location was not listed on the U-Haul website when I searched for trailers. I had to look it up separately. The location is great - very friendly, had the exact trailer I needed, and they were prompt and detail-oriented in getting it hooked-up. I highly recommend this location. Thank you
