We had to bring the trailer back the next day because there was a fence around the whole property which left nowhere to leave the trailer after 5:00. That cost an extra $30 because it was considered 2 days. When I booked the pickup up and drop off, the person I spoke with assured me I could drop it off after hours. Not possible at this location!

my first reservation got canceled because location was closed that day and you tried to get me to do a 30 mile round trip to pick up truck which was not going to happen why should i have to pay extra gas and mileage because you dont know when your locations are open you should not have made the reservation. caused me to lose a day to move my items. will look at all rental options next time!. i should be able to get the $50 rebate for my troubles
