Felt welcomed so as I got out of the truck. Great personal experience
Marsha WThis drop-off location was assigned to me and closed on Sunday. We could not drop the truck within the gated business and there was no drop box for the key. I called the business twice, left a message, and texted with no response. I ultimately used the national website to get permission to drop the truck on the vacant lot of the business next door and to leave the key under the seat of the truck.
Beth DV Tire & Wheel went above and beyond! Arrived after hours and a day early. While leaving a message the U Haul representative answered the call, then met me at the return location to return the rental. Amazing customer service! Would 100% recommend
