There was no one there during the daytime. Just parked the van on a gravel space and left the keys in the drop box.

Betsy EAlthough the customer service was responsive by answering the phone, they stated multiple times that they “don’t do U Haul” despite being on the possible locations and having trucks on site. The most frustrating part was poorly marked locations for drop off. I picked up at a large empty lot, but the lot was full at drop off.
Michael GI returned the truck on time on day 6 as per the agreement but was charged an extra day. I am not happy about that at all.
