The person at the place was very unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. When I tried to return the truck. He was very frustrated with me stating that I could download the app and check out there. I said I don't want to do that. Handed him the key he threw it down on the desk stating he will email me the charges. Heck no not the way he was acting. I downloaded the app for my protection only. NEVER AGAIN
Joan GJust to explain in detail how much everything will cost, although it was reasonable, it would be nice to know the price with the additional costs so I'll have in mind on what I'll be charged, not just the rental fees and miles but also the additional fees. But overall it was reasonable. I would go back.
