Nothing really wrong with this location, but Uhaul needs to do better to keep their system working. When I went to pick up the truck, they said their system was down so he had me call a number and they also said their system was down so they couldn't give me the truck. Finally, I decided to email my confirmation page to someone helping me with the Uhaul so they could bring their phone and show it to them since I don't have a phone. Thankfully that worked, but it delayed me by 2 hours.

Dale DTook us Over 1 hr. In the Cold 🥶 weather to attain the 🖥️ computer info w. Lady Rep on the phone. Had Internet issues and software issues with your co. Systems. Lot's of. Problems. But finally found the outer entrance room to get keys! Also wasn't aware of markings on 🔒 boxes to find the lines for the #'s to line up right. All and all sorry very poor system and won't do it again that way with your com need a person involved! GOD bless. A lawyer and business owners myself for 60+ yrs. Very professional. Bye!
