The representative that assisted us with the initial rental was wonderful. The only issues that we encountered were when using the U-Haul app. The app is very unresponsive, slow, made us repeat information multiple times. we had difficulty initially getting the rental through the app and then when we dropped it off, The app didn’t register for a while that it had been returned so we were getting follow up phone calls about dropping it off. You really need to improve this app because it’s not customer friendly.

i will never rent from u haul again, first the counter man wasn't there so a gas station attendant had to call someone to finish the process,the person on the phone spoke very bad broken english and was hard to understand, maybe you should have a person that can speck english when deal with the american public. then a vehicle was stuck in the snow, finally the amount charge was outrageous i rented a van for about 4 1/2 hours and was charges $178, but you advertisement written all over the van say $19.95 a day, so incumcultion i would like a refund of about half of my money
richard mThis location is at a gas station where nobody is there but a gas station attendant who is not affiliated with uhaul. Upon arrival there are no clear instructions on how to obtain your truck. The gas station attendant had to text someone, I called the number provided in the confirmation email and still we had to wait. Finally some texts and emails started coming through and everything was automated. Maybe have someone working at this location to assist people or give more clear instructions on the process of pickup to people
