alexander sI would truly like a refund. We had to sweep and wipe out the entire back as it was not cleaned and filled with dirt and dog hair. The front of the truck had cigarette ashes and mud everywhere. And when we arrived to pick it up, we had to be on the phone for an hour as our mobile pickup was not set up. Absolutely terrible U-Haul experience.
