Always a perfect experience
alexander sMy fiancé and I picked up the U-Haul at 11, and they told me to drop it back off at 5. Halfway into our time while we were moving, they called constantly, and they stated that I only had an hour left at 2:30, which was very unprofessional! So I had to unload all my stuff in a hurry because of their miscommunication, and also no one was there by the time I got back to talk to someone about the situation, but it’s okay because I will never rent there again, and I will never recommend anyone to go there!!
