My original reservation was not available when I arrived at the location That dealer was able to locate another transport and transferred the reservation. However, when arriving at the second location, a few miles away, it was closed and I had to wait 30-45 min for someone to appear, and that was after several telephone calls back and forth. Once the person arrived, all went well. She was helpful and courteous. In my opinion, the better way to have handled this situation would have been for the original dealer to have located the replacement transport and have it brought to that location, rather than have the customer jump through all these hoops.
ANDERSON WI was able to return the u-haul to this location Saturday afternoon when I was done instead of having to wait to Monday. They have a drop box. Even better someone was there meeting someone there that worked there. Very easy to rent here. Highly recommend.

PHILLIP DBe able to get more two wheel dollies. You should be thankful for the service and courtesy of the employees at this U-Haul center. Fir the quickest and most polite renting and returning the vehicle. I will most definitely be using this U-haul center and service again. I thank you for the help and courtesy from employees.
