We chose this location in part because it was open during normal business hours. We arrived at 11 AM to drop off the truck and no one was there. No one answered the doorbell. No one answered the phone. We called multiple times to the phone number on the door and the phone number on our contract and never got to a live person. When we finally got a hold of a live person two hours later via phone, it was an overseas call center and the person at the call center said the phone number only handles storage rental unit. This is frustrating because it was the number given to us on the U-Haul contract. We were worried about whether the return was going to be properly credited, so it was stressful.
