Customer Service acted like she didn’t trust me or she was just super strict and uptight, I was super uncomfortable the way she was talking to me, I really didn’t understand why she acted the way she was and said some pretty concerning things. Not sure if she should be representing U Haul. This was Razorbox Storage anyway in Gravette/ Bentonville.
