Our order was changed at the last minute to a location much further away. This lead to much higher mileage charges than we would have had otherwise. As I understand it the equipment we were scheduled to rent was returned damaged but when that is the case and a change needs to be made uhaul should allow the customer to participate in the change to reduce problems with the changes. we could have selected a different location closer and had $30 less in charges.
