I did have to ask for a trailer jack to hook up. It would be helpful if they offered that before going out to hook up. A reminder that a message would be coming to take pictures before taking the trailer would have been helpful as well; as I didn't see it until later and failed to do so. Having said that; the lady who took care of me was very polite and helpful.

ROBERT CLocation was convenient, person at the counter was knowledgeable, and they had lots of equipment. Pickup was 7a on a Sunday and no issues. Easy to get in and out of with the truck. Would rent here again.
