Since we returned our rental after business hours we did not have any contact with the business personnel. We were able to complete the process using the 24/7 option and we did not have any issues.
Randall LThe site is in the middle of no where it is difficult to locate without using a map , there are no signs or direction pointing to the location of this rental U-Haul facility, overall the owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Run reservation before customer arrives just in case there are any outstanding balances so the customer is not caught off guard with another balance
