The receptionist, Felicia, was extremely rude on the phone when I didn't understand the process of obtaining to uhual from this location. The lock on the lockbox is way over used and wouldn't unlock until after multiple attempts. It Needs to be replaced

Call taker has on idea the difference between width, length or height measurement. She insisted that a certain size trailer would work for the vehicle I described to her. It would not fit on trailer. Then we brought it back within 2 hours. Would not offer any refund or discount for her mistake. We will not use a UHaul again.
