The location we had been instructed to return the vehicle to had stopped renting and receiving uhaul vehicles weeks before. I tried to arrange my one way rental to be dropped off at this place, where we we had previously dropped off one way rentals, but the system insisted I drop it off at another place place that no longer accepted or dealt with uhaul. Still, they let us leave the drop off at the place no longer accepting returns and someone from this location, that I tried to use in the first place, had to come retrieve it. Crazy! This was very stressful, but was not the fault of the Berryville drop off location.

The receptionist, Felicia, was extremely rude on the phone when I didn't understand the process of obtaining to uhual from this location. The lock on the lockbox is way over used and wouldn't unlock until after multiple attempts. It Needs to be replaced
Nycole LCall taker has on idea the difference between width, length or height measurement. She insisted that a certain size trailer would work for the vehicle I described to her. It would not fit on trailer. Then we brought it back within 2 hours. Would not offer any refund or discount for her mistake. We will not use a UHaul again.
