Front brakes were grinding when you pressed the brakes and the gentlemen didn’t explain the extra fees for renting the uhaul

Charged me a whole different price filed a complaint see where they overcharged me and to no avail I haven't received my money back. Field mgr Jody not once acknowledged nor did he return my call or email. Reference number 5455430. Ive moving to a new location need all my money until I start my new job.

Joseph CThe location and service where above average, where u-haul needs to improve is the process u-haul has in place to provide documentation to the customer. This was a huge failure in my opinion, I was told I would receive this documentation and receipt via e-mail, which I confirmed my e-mail address on the u-haul Ipad but the only email I have received is this request for my experience. The provider was professional and helpful in every way so that experience was great.
