The use of the app and rental process by the internet was a pain in the a__. The owner of the business came through and helped me out greatly. I’ll find a better way to move next time.

STACY SThere were no dollies or moving pads as I paid for nor did the website explain that they were not made available at that location but only at another that was 45 minutes away. It was an inconvenience to pack and unpack two and a half rooms of furniture and appliances with only two people.
