We came in the door with a reservation and stated we were there for the 20 foot uhaul. The clerk has a hard time understanding what we were talking about. He had to call another person that guided us through the rest of the process. The truck was on site , but wasnt checked in yet from being dropped off. The man on the phone was great, the clerk didnt help much at all. Id rather deal with a different location next time. Lots of wasted time for us today in a snowstorm where we were already stressed .

JOHN BThe attendant has very poor attitude towards his customers. Speak to me in a very condescedingly manner from the moment i walked into the store and say hi.
STAFFORD GVery disappointed in this rental experience. The gas station that I rented at the attendant wasn’t there to give the key. After a half hour and calling customer service they finally showed up. The gas station was open. They obviously use this van for personal use it was filled with empty bottles and cups and a phone charger. The attendants phone was coming through the Bluetooth in the van. Then he made me put in almost 7 gallons of gas when I only drove it 35 miles. On top of that it didn’t print a receipt I only have a picture of the total.
Joan RIt took U Haul two weeks to send me my invoice. Three text messages+ two emails+ two phonecalls from the local UHaul (Raven) about the missing invoice ('iur record show you didn't return the trailer'). The guy did not get out from his car when I'm left the trailer Unacceptable, disaster and disappointed. I wish I had alternative and avoided using U Haul
