Location has poor signage, hard to find key box. Packing pads were not provided. U-haul app did not function for pickup, images would not stay in vehicle inspection page. Took pictures on phone camera roll for record. App had a very hard time moving from page to page for the truck pickup process, eventually gave up after multiple tries. Tire pressure sensor on driver side rear dual tire inner tire is faulty and constantly through tire sensor fault throughout trip.
