The young woman who helped me was charming and made the transaction even more enjoyable. All U-haul transactions should be done in a cute little notions shop! She was great she even let me use her personal bathroom. You should let her mother (the owner of the shop) know that her daughter is doing a great job!

I was charged a 2 day when in fact the rental was returned before the due time. Then recieved a higher charge for extra 122 miles than the first 122 miles. I have been renting from Uhaul for a while now and never had issues with before. FYI careful who you deal with they over charge.
