Jennifer SCustomer Service was good. Easy check in and out. However was unable to check in early with app, so had to rent truck later than desired time. Text and email communication was good. A cleaner truck would have been nice. My seat was covered in animal hair. The vehicle smelled like sweat and body odor. Floor was muddy.

Janet RI have rented from this location before and it was great. This time is was horrible!! I was there for 2 hours trying to get the truck by myself. i didn't get the key code to get the truck. I was calling uhaul every 10 minutes with problems. no internet!! The lady would get on the camera and yell at you "why are you sitting there" "what's wrong now" You signed up for this". I thought she was nice not any more!! when I finally move off this mountain I will make sure I rent from some where else!!

U-haul has their set prices and policies, nothing can be done about that, but they provided the BEST customer experience I've ever had renting... well anything. Don't forget to buy something for that special person, loved one or relative on your way out of the store. They have a great selection of truly unique, and always Big Bear inspired, merch. Mary SNo room for improvement. This place has it nailed in customer service and well maintained and newer vehicles. Great people to deal with and you can even get breakfast, lunch or dinner from the catering companies right outside the front door. It’s nice being able to grab a bite to eat at the location where your picking up a vehicle to move your stuff. Need all the energy you can get. Good selection of food as well. This place is pretty cool in Big Bear.
