Trailer exterior wasn't clean, therefore I did not clean the exterior for return, interior was clean enough and trailer worked great, price was completely acceptable and made my project go smoothly, I was expecting to get a trailer with a ramp and ended up without a ramp but for my purpose it didnt matter too much. Overall highly satisfied with the experience and would rent this location again.

LARRY RParts of the inside of the cab was sticky due to spillage of drinks, I presume. Other than that the truck was in good shape. Unfortunately when I arrived to pick up the truck, Uhaul was experiencing issues with their checking out process but the gentleman ended up figuring out how to get it completed so I could move forward with my day. The employees were kind and positive so it was a nice experience besides the technical glitch. That was out of their control though.
NICOLE OI had two tires go bad on my trip. The store was great but there was something obviously wrong with the equipment.
