My pickup time was for 12 noon. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. When I arrived they told me that they lose for lunch in a few minutes. Then they couldn’t get into the system. I had to wait an hour and a half to get the truck. They didn’t come back from lunch until 1:17. I had then checked in using the app which didn’t work well. They didn’t want to give me the key but reluctantly did. I also was supposed to pick up the vehicle closer to my location. I’m not pleased at all with this experience. I wish I would have been compensated for the extra time and gas since I had to use extra mileage to get to load all of my items.

It was good. They put the wrong truck number on the contract. The UHaul in Huntsville told me I didn’t return the truck. Finally they found the problem.
