My reservation was to pick up at Tyre mart bismarck nd. I arrived to two people working there proceeded to tell me we don't know how to use computer and so I don't know what you are going to do but you can come back tomorrow.i informed them my reservation was for today and they said not my problem. This is the second time its happened to me there. I call uhaul store they told me macs had one available I went there within minutes I was traveling down the road. I will never rent another uhaul if it is rent through Tyre mart. It is one of the most shady scamming places in bismarck nd. Uhaul really should reevaluate who they have representing them in business. Questions please feel free to reach out

Dave pI rented a trailer for 1 day at the time of making reservations 2:45 was my only option to pick for times....we went to Macs gentlemen said our trailer was ready we picked it up at 1:30 which was all fine, when bringing it back which we brought it back hour before it needed 2 be back noticed I was charged for 2 days I questioned it and they said reason for that is that i picked picked it up before 2:45. Kindof interesting they charged me 2 days even though I brought it back before needed. So make sure when renting from u haul u follow there times since they don't care I brought it back 1 hr before needing too. The service received from Macs was great
