I rented a truck in a local town. When I needed it, the rental agency told me I would have to travel an hour from our home to pick up the truck, but I would only be charged mileage from the local town to our residence. When I got the the town where the truck was, I stopped at the address given in my email receipt. There I was told they did not have my truck in stock and I would need to travel across town to pick it up. I drove across town to the new location. I was told that the truck was indeed there, but I would be paying mileage from this town to my residence. There was a glitch in the rental program and it took three people to finally get the rental completed. This is my second time renting from UHaul. The first time was the same process with the same glitches and driving involved on my part. If there is another truck rental facility in my area, I will be using them from now on. UHaul has been in business many years. But, I am hearing the same problems from other customers. Whatever you're doing isn't working well in rural areas of the country.
