Very big mixup on if they had it and told me I had to go to another place 90 miles away. Finally after an hour they found in on their lot and then overcharged me by about $200 on the estimate given to me with the truck and auto hauler together. Messed Jo all my help scheduled to help me load. Very poor customer service. I’ve already complained about cost but no response.

TOM SCustomer service connection took sooooo long to answer I had to give up on several occasions. I wonder if you do localize/regionalize your calling patch system - instead of directing ALL calls to 1-800 numbers.
