I specifically told the lady I wanted the truck for two days but she put down five days. I called 1-800-U-HAUL concerning this and was told the difference would be refunded to my account. Then I received an email saying the contract was binding. U-Haul is refusing to adjust the difference even though the mistake was made by their representative.
