the only thing holding it back is the location is a little out of the way for me, but other than that, nice people, good friendly service

ADRIEN PAtholville location would have been closer. Alrhough they have several vehicles in yard none are ever available.
JAMES MHe tried to tell me u haul wanted to charge me $100 to install the car tow equipment. I told him I'd do it myself and then sue, so he did it. The truck was filthy, the back full of dirt and rocks. Rhe dozen blankets inordsred on my reservation were not there. I asked for an inspection of vehicle and check brake lights on tow equipment and he said wasnt necessary. I did it anyway upon my insistance. The guy at counter didn't know how to use the u haul computer system and it took forever. He made me pay $100 deposit because the card i used to book the moving service would cost him 3% so made me use another and give a $100 deposit which i was told would be refunded when returned the equipment. I made a reservation a month ago and 2 days before my pickup date was told I had to drive 2 hours extra to pick up the equipment...for a move that was 2 hours away in opposite direction.
