The owner was wonderful gentleman, explaining everything in detail. We had a friendly lengthy conversation, and there was no problem picking up or dropping off the truck.

ESTEBAN EBob was great. He called me the next day telling me we went over on mileage. We weren’t aware that U-Hauls were one way trips. He was also wondering about the furniture dolly. I shared my frustration with him about the Sparta location and he willingly fixed both issues free of charge.
