It would have been a lot better experience if the vehicle i reserved 2 weeks in advance would have been available in the city that I reserved it for. The day before I was told pick up the truck I received a call stating that the truck was in a different city. I had to drive to the different city to pick it up. If there was any customer service, they would have delivered the truck to the original pick up place.
