I was disappointed with my recent U-Haul rental experience. I rented a truck for 3 days, beginning on 7/12/26 at 9:45 AM, and returned it one day early on 7/14/26 at 9:58 AM. Since I used the truck for less than the reserved rental period, I expected to receive a refund for the unused day. Returning the truck early should have resulted in a credit for the day that was not used, but no refund was issued. I would appreciate U-Haul reviewing this rental and refunding the unused rental day in accordance with their policy, if applicable. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and that U-Haul will provide clearer communication regarding refunds for early returns.

GEORGE DEverything was great the service truck was clean but the truck sound like need a tune up and drove about 36 mile on 3/4 tank of fuel was on a quarter tank then got to my destination 3hundred some miles i filled up twice too much fuel was burned last uhaul truck did same thing didn't used fuel like that
