I would have given 5 stars. But the lady at the counter was very rude and giving her the card for sales tax exemption. as I was instructed to do by U-haul. It wasn't about her refusing to remove the tax. It was more about getting grilled Why I deserved it. She was very hateful that the State of Oklahoma gave me this privilege for being wounded while serving, resulting in being 100% disabled. I just know that I and any other veteran will not get to use this privilege at that UHaul. I know now. The other employee was great. The ratchets for the tire straps were hard and rusty. But it's Oklahoma and sits outside. Thats expected.
