The overall experience at this location was great. The employee was courteous, quick and very helpful. The equipment (trailer rental) was maintained well and properly accommodated our use case after measurement. The pick up and return process was seamless as well. The return was quick and easy.

I am disappointed and deceived since the charges are well above expected even though I was informed that part of the cost was only a deposit and apparently that was not true… The extra costs after mileage (40 miles - $80) and rental fee of $19.99 are another $100, which is excessive after U-Haul advertising itself as a low cost solution.
JANUSZ KTerrible location, took a long time to get help. Ended up paying almost $300 to use the truck for 4 hours and drive 50 miles. Will use another provider in the future
