The local agency is great. U-Haul corporate charged me for 48 hours of use when I used 18 hours. One day of rental is $29.95 for the ramp trailer for 24 hours. I indicated i might bring it back at after 15 hours. I brought it back at 18 hours and U-Haul Corporate charged me the full rate for 48 hours of use. Abusive billing at its best. Makes me consider buying my own trailer and not using U-Haul again.

Start implementing a customer care training session when you hire someone. It’s critical that you have at the VERY LEAST friendly staff it’s so important otherwise you potentially lose ALL your return customers because employees like that leave a stink around the place.
COLIN OToday, I received VERY poor customer service by the BLAIRSTOWN ACE AGWAY 29224 procurement director, Mabel. I called in to address a billing error, as they overcharged my credit card, and I received unbelievably terrible service. I was greeted with an unexpected attitude, very short, tense responses to my inquiry, and lastly, I was hung up on when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or someone who would know more information about my bill. I never would have expected this from a company who represents UHAUL. As a physician, I pride myself on maintaining unparalleled respect and bedside manners with patients and human beings alike. I would certainly expect the same in return. We all have stressful days, but that does not mean I should have been shouted at and hung up on today. Unfortunately at this time, I will not only be revoking my business from BLAIRSTOWN ACE AGWAY, I will be forced to inform our town and county of how unprofessional this facility is. UHAUL, please see to it that Mabel is provided the proper training and upskilling to better suit your company values when representing UHAUL. I will be escalating today's incident.
IAN LThe overall experience at this location was great. The employee was courteous, quick and very helpful. The equipment (trailer rental) was maintained well and properly accommodated our use case after measurement. The pick up and return process was seamless as well. The return was quick and easy.
JOSEPH AI am disappointed and deceived since the charges are well above expected even though I was informed that part of the cost was only a deposit and apparently that was not true… The extra costs after mileage (40 miles - $80) and rental fee of $19.99 are another $100, which is excessive after U-Haul advertising itself as a low cost solution.
