My initial reservation changed at my initial pick up time of 9am then I had to find another location at the last minute.
Vianna WThe address of the business location IS NOT the address you need to return the vehicle at. The parking lot where you return it is actually on a different block. I had to call and get clarification, which should have been initially provided. However, the person I spoke to on the phone answered promptly and was helpful.
