Previous customer dropped at the wrong location an hour late. I don't believe the equipment was inspected before I signed for it; one of the ratchet straps for the tires had been cut and frayed. I was unable to get a secure lock on my vehicle on that side. The area manager offered reimbursement if I had picked up a new ratchet strap for the trailer, but I was already en route across the country.

This location is easy to miss. Once you pull in (unless there is some other designated parking area)...there is little room to safely move and park the truck.
