You can update the computer system for your entire organization. It is awful on line for the customer and everyone I spoke with that was involved with U-Haul (quite a few people because of the computer system ) said it is awful.

morgan mthe online process takes so long to complete. id rather stick to my local source where they do the process in person
kelly dLocation was not staffed. Ultimately, we were able to return the vehicle using the U-Haul App. Why we were charged $.0.11 and would like it to be refunded to the credit card.
PAUL Ni was charged for insurance that i didn’t ask for and it still hasn’t been refunded. the furniture dolly i rented wasn’t available. two different phone numbers i tried to contact andy didn’t even work
