I set up the reservation online and added two dozen moving blankets. Then when I arrive for pickup no one is available at the office and my truck didn't have moving blankets. NOt having moving blankets was kinda of a big issue for my move.

You charged me $200 for dropping the U-Haul off at “the wrong location “ despite entering the city and zip code for drop off when I initially rented the U-Haul, and there not being drop off instructions of site to be found when I logged in to view the basic return information. I dropped the U-Haul off at a secure U-Haul site found on the portal, and yet you still charged me $200. So no. I would not refer you to a friend, I also will never do business with you in the future.

CHARLES DThe gentleman was personable. He did have a bit of an issue with the U-Haul software on his phone in trying to close out our rental as we dropped it off a day early.
