When we arrived for mobile pickup, the instructions indicated to unlock the back of truck and put lock in the drop box with the code listed. Since there was not a lock on truck we assumed it wanted us to unlock the box to retrieve the key. However, the box was very high and the lock upside down so it was very diffiucult to access. We tried many times and called the service number. The rep told us we were supposed to get the key from the back of truck with lock. They attempted to call the manager and we were unable to get the truck until the next day when they opened again. This put us 12 hours behind our move and we had to pay re-schedule fees for our movers.

Danielle GFacility was closed and unmanned when I arrived. Granted it was a Holiday (Monday/Memorial Day), all correspondence regarding the reservation directed to this location for pickup. Facility was locked and multiple phone calls were required to complete the rental. Was forced to access the trailer on my own and subsequently did all paperwork via the phone. I estimate the entire rental process cost me 2 hours of trying to connect with the right representatives and complete the rental contract. Completely unacceptable reservation/pickup process.
